One 2 One
 

The 1:1 sessions are the perfect way to build your confidence and understanding of Pilates whilst focusing on your specific goal. This dedicated 1hr session is bespoke to your personal needs, so you can achieve maximum results.

​

During your first One 2 One, Emilie will go through your client registration form with you. We will go through the 5 key elements of Pilates and complete a postural assessment. 

Once this session done, you will be able to join one of the classes. Alternatively, you can continue the sessions with Emilie to focus on your personal needs.


1 hr - £30 / Block of 5 - £175

Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist

TM

The Pink ribbon program is a gentle and progressive Therapeutic exercise program for breast cancer patients who have had surgery.

Exercise is paramount for your treatment and recovery. It will provide restoration of movement in your affected arm an shoulder, improve functional ability in day to day activities and improve your over-all well-being.

​

The Pink Ribbon Program works in conjunction with your doctor's recommendation for an exercise program. You may also use this program in conjunction with or as a follow up program to any prescribed physical therapy.

​

The Pink Ribbon Program is generally 6 weeks long, divided into 4 phases. Each phase has to be maintained for 2 weeks. The progression from one phase to the other will depends on how you are feeling. 

​

Currently only one to one sessions are available with Emilie

£15 per sessions or £90 for the whole 6 weeks program

Pilates Matwork group classes 
 

Small group, gentle and progressive Pilates class perfect for all level of ability.

 

APPI Pilates helps re-balance your body, each class provides a sequenced series of flowing movement that work on the principles of developing better posture, core strength, endurance, flexibility and control to improve over-all body alignment and functionality. Using a variety of small equipment.

 

 

£9 per class / £10 PAYG

At the Church Hall on Abbots Rd.

Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates

Exercise before and after pregnancy is important and has many health benefits. Many stresses occur in your body as a result of hormonal and postural changes during a pregnancy.

​

Antenatal Pilates focus’ on breathing, gentle stretching and strengthening your deep abdominal, back, arm and pelvic floor muscles. The exercises promote relaxation whilst the postural awareness, improved spinal stability and stronger pelvic floor can help reduce pain and discomfort. The classes also help prepare your body for birth and the physical demands of being a new Mum. Regular Pilates during pregnancy can contribute towards an easier pregnancy, delivery and recovery.

​

Post natal Pilates will through gentle and progressive exercise, help restore core and pelvic floor muscles strength post labour and aid your recovery as quickly as possible.

Kids & Teens Pilates

Infants Pilates (4-7)

Juniors Pilates (7-11)

 

These fun, game based classes aim to develop motor skills and a strong core to prepare young children for sports, playing musical instruments and studying. Props such as small soft balls, bands and magic circles are used to challenge co-ordination and stability.

​

Teens Pilates (11-16)

 

These classes aim to help teens to connect with their body and mind by developing their breath, focus and ability to move with purpose and mindfulness. They will learn to strengthen, stretch and achieve better posture and movement, to step into adulthood ready and healthy.

​

6 weeks program specifically devised for each age group.

​

Pricing:

​

One to one in the studio - £15 (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult)

schools:

Group of 10 maximum, £50 ( £5 per child)
